Shipping only in the United States. Includes Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska. US Virgin Island, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands.

Delivery time from 2 to 5 business days by USPS.
If the product you want is temporarily unavailable, please send an email to info@colordelunabags.com and pre-order it. Delivery time can be 3 to 5 weeks.
Please remember that all our products are handmade and can have small variations from the original picture.
Return Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with your order and the item is in unused condition with original label, then the item can be returned within 15 days of the receiving date. If the returned item cannot be restocked due to appearing used, your request for a refund will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you. In all cases, the shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
Items purchased from Final Sales will not be considered for returns.

Warranty
Color de Luna always will be a company that prioritizes design and quality over everything else. To us, using the highest quality, longest-lasting materials is one of the most important aspects of designing new products.
Please remember that our products are handcrafted by different artisans and that small differences may apply from one bag (or accessory) to another, in case any material is defective please submit a warranty claim by sending us an email to info@colordelunabags.com with pictures of the defective item to start a refund process.
